The experience I had here was the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. It was fast, painless and easy. Cory was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody to come here to buy a new vehicle.

Honestly the buying experience was really good! They were all helpful and made the purchase so easy. It was after the purchase that was horribly disappointing! The car that we purchased needed an engine replacement not even 90 days after we purchased it we reached out to the dealership to see if there was anything they were willing to do to help with the repair. It took contacting their corporate customer service line who said they would call back in 48 business hours (and never did) to get a manger to contact us via email. After almost 3 weeks and several emails requesting an update they told us they weren’t able to help with the cost of the repair but they are willing to explore other options to help whatever that means. Although we are frustrated that we bought a car that needs a $6,000 repair the lack of response from the company that we trusted just adds salt to the wound. They will make the buying experience easy but know that once you are finance and out the door you will no longer be a priority. They got what they wanted, your money.

Never buy a car from AutoNation USA! Their prices may seem good until you are spending thousands of dollars fixing the car before your plates are even due and can't even get a return call or email from a manager. They are unresponsive, unethical and they don't stand behind the vehicles that they sell. Bought a car that blew an engine in less than 90 days of owning it and they won't lift a finger to help repair it!

*** DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS****WE bought a car here and the engine failed in less than 90 days. Not only do they not respond to e-mails or phone calls but they said they will not lift a single finger to help us out on this repair at all. Once you leave the dealership and they have your money you are no longer important to them. So now we have to come up with $7000 dollars for repairs that we don't have because we were at our maximum payment we could afford for the loan payment on the car already.

Auto Nation and Cory went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. I do not typically write reviews (good or bad) so for me to stop and take the time to post a review means a lot. Terrible business model, rude employees. This store is a joke. They advertise vehicles on their website, and when I arrived they're not even at their store. They then want you agree to buy a car that you haven't even seen, or come back while they go get it from a different store. Be careful when coming here, and research other AutoNation stores and go there instead if they have the car you're looking for. It'll be less time, less hassle, and you can deal with nicer people. When I raised my concerns about the vehicle being at their website and not their store, the sales employees were rude to me and tried to talk to me as if I was stupid for not wanting to agree on numbers on a car I had not seen, nor driven. The car I wanted was literally down the street at another AutoNation store. They treated me much nicer, and they actually had the car the USA store tried to sell me without seeing. Not only that, but the employees were pleasant, friendly, and professional. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to any other AutoNation store to be treated better, and not have your time wasted.

Don’t let these reviews fool you. I wonder how much they paid to have these inaccurate reviews posted. Let’s start by when you walk in they show you ONE car depending what your asking then maybe a 2nd car at the 2nd car I was ready to walk out and leave until the manager convinced me to see a 3rd. Your selling cars for crying out loud you show the customer numerous cars not just one or two. Next these people are the biggest liars and scammers I’ve ever seen in a car selling business. The run around they give you they pull your credit numerous times from banks over and over again. They make you think your promised a car they change your bank quote every time you ask about it I don’t recommend this place whatsoever don’t waste your time because they will. It took 3 days to get answers from a bank even with a co signer I had to keep reaching out to get answers which is there job not mine when they knew the entire time there was nothing to get a vehicle. I’ve never seen such lousy work. Cory is a smooth talker will change your down payment and monthly payments over and over. I want to make sure no one else goes through this dont stop here you’ll be sorry! Cory is a smooth talker he must of written all these reviews about himself.

Worst car buying experience ever — they sold us a car with an extremely obvious problem that any mechanic would have seen had they looked it over like they assured us they had. We had a mechanic look it over and he immediately pointed out the problem. We returned it under the 5 day return policy and we still have not been refunded the $3k. They’ve re-listed this same car for $800 less, no doubt they’ll try to do the same exact thing to the next people. As far as I’m concerned Autonation USA seems like proper crooks who don’t care who they screw over for a sale.

I had a very positive experience at this location. Kelvyn assisted me in getting my vehicle and got me some hot tea. Very friendly and attentive. The car started to have some issues after purchase that did not happen during my test drive, and Kelvyn responded quickly to my inquiries about getting a fix. It is thankfully covered by the Autonation's Vehicle Protection Plan that came with with the car. They are also willing to provide a loner if my car has to be kept over night.

Since I live in Woodland Park, Teller Cty and not Colorado Springs, El Paso Cty, the dealership wanted to charge me full sales tax as if the sale was in Woodland Park (8.49%). I had to appeal to the gen mgr Lane to get approval to be charged only Use Tax (total 4.9% tax rate). It turns out that Finance (JT - Jonathan Tello) already knew about this but follows the tax software, that does not take this into account. A customer who mentions this should not have to appeal to the GM to get it done right. Although it is nice to get a $1K refund in a few months, it artificially inflates the monthly payment, interest for the life of the loan, etc. Other vehicle sellers in CS don't try to do this. Also, JT was very high pressure on trying to sell, service and maintenance packages, insurance protection from various threats and expenses, etc. Upfront I said I don't want any of those, but he persisted. It wasted extra time in the delivery. The sales person, Travis Box, was low pressure and helpful. I appreciate him going over the inspection report with me.

You need to see Zach at this location. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Great experience!

Where do I start. You advertised the car as a touring model when in fact it is a BASE model. ($3500.00 difference in value) This car should have never passed safety inspection. It had both front brake caliper steel lines kinked and bent. The left front brake line was so bent the caliper barely got any fluid and was very evident when braking quickly and hard. The right front caliper brake line also bent. ($600.00 to have repaired) The back up lights also not working on left side (safety fail again) Thought is was a bulb but turned out to be wiring issue and connector problem This cost me another $650.00 at dealer to repair. That is just the safety items that should have been corrected. Lets talk some more about this perfect car the sales person told me about. Before we get to the cosmetics, lets talk about mechanical. The clutch chatters so badly when engaging it will chip a tooth. The clutch also slips under aggressive acceleration. ($4000.00 to repair). The rear differential limited slip is shot and growls terribly when making u turns. ($3200.00 repair). Rear brakes squeal really bad anytime you brake. This is embarrassing.( Pads and rotors $980.00 ) NOW lets talk cosmetics. You sales person described the paint as and I quote "perfect". Now I am no dummy and I know that having perfect paint on a 11 year old car is not a reality. BUT. This paint is really bad on top surfaces. The clear coat is shot. The water spots are bad and embedded into the clear they won't even polish out. they tree sap and bird dropping have eaten into the clear as well on hood, roof, and rear hatch. Basically needing to be refinished. ($5200.00). The perfect paint does not stop there. The rear bumper is damaged and dented and paint is cracking. The right of rear bumper was not even attached to the body and was hanging loose and splash panels that should be inside right rear wheel well in missing completely. ($2700.00) All glass is etched with water spots so bad I had to have the glass professionally polished. (175.00)SO MUCH FOR THE PERFECT PAINT AS DISCRIBED by Mr Jeremy Pigg. The odor in the car would not come out. I had to replace rear compartment carpet because the stains were soo bad and smelled and this was not even cleaned. ($240.00) I am still in process of trying to steam the odors out of the seats and front carpet. Let explain something. You sales person knew I am an avid car collector and enthusiast. I sent him pictures of some of my car collection and he should have known at that time what my expectations were. DO NOT BS ME. I feel that since they knew I was buying the car before they even had it ready for the lot They just decided to let it go as is. The car was washed and vacuumed and that was IT. A very meager attempt to clean the interior was made and it shows, the exterior was washed and that was it. They seriously decided since it was sold there was no reason to do the normal "used car get ready" THIS IS NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A NATION WIDE AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY. I would expect to see something like this selling at some POT LOT on the corner of First and Market for about half of what I paid for it. SO BOTTOM LINE $19,000.00 LATER THE CAR IS AS DISCRIBED I have more than doubled the car value for the money I have had to spend. For this reason not only would I never recommend this dealer to anyone I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUTONATION AS WHOLE TO MY ENEMIES. I Highly recommend anyone buying a car from an AutoNation dealer to have it at least safety inspected elsewhere before purchasing.

DO NOT BE SWINDLED INTO THE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN. The financial manager (Derrick Pete) did a nice job making that decision for me and already adding the extended coverage (Veritas Global Protection Plan-an extra $4,111) to my balance..without me being able to research it on my own. I put $3,000 down only to find an increased balance! I returned 3 days later to cancel the plan and conveniently enough Pete wasn't there and I'm told he won't be back. I'm told to come back first thing in the morning on the following Monday. I'm told they would not re-do the paperwork and I would have to cancel through the Global Protection Plan company-where neither one of us could get them on the line. They finally protection a cancellation form request after I advised I would return the vehicle. They won't refinance it without that unwanted coverage and I'm told I would be refunded on the backend (after 6-8 weeks per: Veritas Global) on my balance but my increased monthly payments will remain. I feel taken advantage of-as they knew I was pressed for time to go to work & they were close to closing for the day. Beware!!! Update 11/5/2023: After speaking with the GM a few days ago since my initial review, he confirmed there's nothing they can do since the financing bank has processed the transaction & to let them know if it is cancelled in 6-8 weeks. I don't know why they reply to your review for you to contact them when they're not willing or able to resolve it.

This was very great to be able to buy my car from here this week. The team was nice and gave me the time and extra time needed to look at the car and drive it as much as needed. The purchase went well to with the Finance member. Went over everything with us made sure it is exactly what we wanted to our satisfaction. The only downside was having to go back a few times the next day or so because of some squeaky sounds I heard and the technician missed the first time working on it. They did get it fixed and made sure that the problem was gone and this made us happy. It is a nice dealership and located in a nice part of town. Everyone was very nice, but once the sale was final they didn’t seem to care about my concerns or issues I was having. They also held back on important information that they should have shared with me that was intentionally left out. I feel cheated, I feel like I was taken advantage of so they could make their money, and it was very intentional. I am no Karen here, I don’t leave bad reviews or even leave reviews to places in general, but what I experienced here was not okay. It has to do with the financials and things autoNation failed to inform me of, which in turn caused my car payment to be much higher than it was supposed to be. Essentially they told me what I wanted to hear got me to sign, then the aftermath came and they couldn’t have cared less about what they did to me. I also have issues with the sales rep as she came off very fake as well, nearly kissed the ground I walked on to get me to buy the car and once said and done she pretty much told me I’m SOL and proceeded to inform me that I am the one that agreed and signed the papers. A very sarcastic way of saying it’s my fault. I would recommend buying a car from them, however do know they aren’t your friend, they are there solely for money & will leave out important information so be thorough.

Travis was our sales representative and he was amazing! Very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. The first time we stopped in, one of the managers was insulting with the offer he made us on our trade, but Travis was very understanding of our frustration and understood that we would be selling our trade private party first. During that time he kept in touch with updates about the truck we originally looked as as well as similar trucks after the one we originally looked at sold. He even helped occupy our 2 boys during all of the credit checks and paperwork processes. I do wish there was an option to haggle a little on price, but overall the service we received was great and the pricing of the truck we bought was very fair and awesome compared to market value.

He literally goes above and beyond every single time and we always leave feeling heard, respected and that our best interest was in mind. 10/10 I will always recommend Cory. Cory was absolutely AMAZING!! He is very personable and very easy going. My husband and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and Cory made sure we got the best deal possible. We will be going back for our next car !

We just traded in our truck and bought a Kia with Kelvyn. He was very patient and no pressure. There was no "what can I do to get you in this car today?" attitude. I left after test driving a couple cars and told him I needed to think about it and it was no problem. He followed up the next day still no pressure. I went to another dealership and started feeling that pressure. I immediately came back to Kelvyn for a purchase. All around professional and personable. Only downfall was the finance guy pushing the extended warranty. After I said no twice he still went for a third time. But I will definitely come back if I need to purchase another vehicle.

I had a great experience at AutoNation, the sales staff and financing were great and when my front tire pressure monitors went out I brought it back the next day and they took care of it. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Disappointed in the website glitches.

Made it very clear i wanted self parking and would not buy a car without it.. tripple quadruple checked before having someone to drive an hour to get me and the hour there, that the car was self parking as he ensured me it definitely was. Then he called as we got to the springs to say whoops it doesn't actually have the one feature you made it very clear was a deal breaker. My dog was sick and excitement could've killed her, so i also made it clear i wasn't leaving unless i was buying the car. Then after turning around and paying someone for a ride for no reason, he continues to harass me about a car i never wanted and wasted money to look at. Maybe after screwing me over and significantly wasting my time and money, maybe leave me the F alone? Nah we're gonna message me constantly saying how we strive for excellence service, then maybe don't lie and waste my time and money?

My sales associate Morgan was a delight to work with. However, the finance department associate was not as nice to work with. We insisted on paying for our car in full, without additional financing. When we declined the warranties the finance gentleman was no longer courteous.

Morgan (our salesperson) was fantastic, and she's the only reason I'm giving it three stars. Besides selling automobiles, the goal of an auto dealer should be to make the customer feel good about the purchase when they leave so that they return next time they need a vehicle, as well as refer friends and family to the dealership. This experience had me feeling poorly about the experience. We recently purchased a vehicle from this place and were paying cash without financing. We had to wait for over an hour to speak with the finance department which made me feel as if our time was not being respected, especially considering there wasn't a single other customer doing a deal at the time. We requested an out-the-door price early in the process so that I could run to our financial institution while we waited and get a cashier's check for the exact amount. They refused this, as they wanted to attempt to upsell us with useless warranties and such when we got into finance. The finance representative was the epitome of a sleazy car salesperson. He was the type of guy they show in comedy movies when trying to display the vileness of auto sales. On top of that, as soon as we told him that we were not interested in any of their warranties, he became rude and would not even speak with us except to show us where to sign. The detail company that they use (they said that it was not done by their employees) is less than detailed with their work. Prior to purchasing the vehicle while doing a final once-over, I found a lot of salt spilled under the charging port cover on a horizontal surface. I also found the registration and insurance of the prior owner inside the center console, and my daughter found a package off of a toy stuffed in the door cubby. These led me to believe that the car hadn't been detailed, so I asked. I was assured that it was detailed before being put on the lot, but they would send it back to detail while we finalized the purchase. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle (after it went through detail a second time), all of the salt was still there. The only reason that the paperwork and other trash weren't was because they were handed to the salesperson when we found it. My wife decided that it wasn't worth the wait to have them send it through again. As I stated at the beginning, our salesperson Morgan was fantastic. If she was the only person we had to deal with, this review would be five stars. Everything else left a horrible taste in our mouths about this Autonation, and a repulsive feeling about the experience, which is not what an auto dealer should strive for.

We came in and were expecting a typical car-buying experience (long waits, haggling, bait-and-switch...the classics). Instead, Cory was waiting at the door for us with the car pulled up. There was no fighting for a better deal or time wasted trying to show us something we weren't interested in. He took care of everything and was great to work with. This is my first experience with AutoNation, and it couldn't have gone better. (Also, Cory's book of drawings is definitely worth a gander.)

Was helped by Cory and treated with priority and professionalism the entire time. Had a very specific type of car in mind, and Auto-nation along with Cory were able to make it possible.

The fianance guy and one of my sales reps were super rude and mixed up how i could pay so many times. I had my friend with me and they kept giving him dirty looks and ignoring him when he was helping me ask questions about the car. Very unprofessional setting. Would never recommend buying a car from here.
